We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as Social Security numbers or government ID numbers) except where necessary for a specific transaction (e.g., financing applications) and permitted by law.

3. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to recognize your browser or device, remember preferences, understand how the Site is used, and support advertising and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; doing so may affect Site functionality. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, but where required by applicable law we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control) for targeted advertising and the sale/sharing of personal information.

– A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Some data-sharing arrangements with advertising or analytics partners may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state laws even though no money changes hands. See Section 9 for your opt-out rights.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or anonymize it.
